Lexi Landsman is a commercial television producer and former newspaper journalist. For the past five years, she has worked as a producer at the Seven Network on a range of Factual television series including Border Security, Australia’s Deadliest, Airways, Surveillance Oz and Marie Claire: Under the Cover. She also works within the Factual Development division of the Network, which involves coming up with ideas for new Channel 7 shows.
She is the former arts, lifestyle and books editor of the Australian Jewish News and the newspaper’s first head of multimedia. She won the Sydney Cultural Council Non-Fiction award for her memoir, Living Beneath Barbed Wire, and was published in the Young Writers Showcase. She has a masters degree in journalism from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Communication in Media Arts and Production from the University of Technology, Sydney.
